We just wrapped up an intensive, tailored two-day training on boilers, deaerators, water treatment, safety considerations, materials, and more with Kees de Greef QBE at Energy Technology Services, whom we were introduced to at #ABMA2024 this summer. Top-notch, professionalism and hospitality throughout. We capped it off with a tour of the impressive manufacturing facilities of the steam boiler company Kuiper en Zonen B.V.

 

We even managed to sneak in a visit to the historic engineering marvel UNESCO Werelderfgoed Ir. D. F. Woudagemaal, an operational steam-driven water pump station (a quarter of the Netherlands is below sea-level which requires some serious pumping capabilities).
