We took a break from the screens and calculations to spend a full day learning how to weld with focus on TIG. First time for most of the team. Took a bit to get the hang of it, but by the afternoon the welds were starting to look decent.
 

Although we outsource our welding assignments we need to have understanding of the process and be able to do small fixes on-site.
